🪴HOME’s Making Moves Program (MMP) supports families with Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) in moving to neighborhoods that open doors for children to grow, learn, and thrive. With one-on-one coaching, financial support for moving costs, and workshops on fair housing, health, credit, and more—you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

🪜If you have a voucher, have a child under 18, are in good standing, and live in Erie or Niagara County, this could be your next step toward greater opportunity.
