WomenElect & WomenLead what is the difference? How do they go together?
WomenLead is a national program aimed at empowering and inspiring women to step into their greatness by using their innate qualities and abilities to lead their communities, organizations, or families. A program created by women for women to transcend the traditional narrative of women in leadership roles.
WomenElect is an in-depth personal development program that teaches women the skills they need to run for elected office. WomenElect is an on the ground program that connects women with the important network they need to run successful campaigns (currently working across NYS).
The VISION is create a country wide network for women to tap into no matter what their path is. If running for office becomes the path, the WomenElect program will be able to set up chapters across the country to establish the much needed support and personal coaching for women to succeed!
WomenLead gets women BELIEVING - WOMENELECT gets women RUNNING!
