to support "Designing for the Future of Mobility in Buffalo" in conjunction with Mayor Byron W. Brown, Congress for the New Urbanism, Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency and Stantec on this exciting local initiative. Don't miss out on the two public sessions next week!
The Congress for the New Urbanism and Stantec are coming to town NEXT WEEK to talk about the future of mobility in Buffalo. Working with Mayor Byron W. Brown, the City of Buffalo, and the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency, a team of cross-sector professionals will meet with the consultants throughout the week to discuss design recommendations and policies for new transportation technologies.

There are TWO opportunities for public participation!

Most importantly, on Wednesday you can contribute your experience, opinions, and perspectives from 5:30 – 7:30pm in Seneca One Tower. Your contributions will shape the priorities for the remaining days of the workshop. This is an important opportunity for people of all ages, abilities, and economic circumstances to communicate that equitable, accessible, affordable, and efficient mobility options are a priority for Buffalo residents.

On Saturday from 12:00 – 2:00pm, you can hear and comment on the recommendations developed over the course of the week in Seneca One Tower.

We hope you will share with your constituents, friends, and families and come out and participate!

BURA is seeking proposals which will use federal funds from the HOME Program to assist in the development of affordable housing projects in the City of Buffalo. HOME aka Housing Opportunities Made Equal projects enhance ongoing neighborhood revitalization efforts.

The deadline is February 14th at 4pm. Click below to get more information!
