Join us for our new Friends and Family SMART Recovery meeting.
The Renewal Center (located at 327 Elm Street in Buffalo) is a peer run, peer organized center for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Our peers offer support for individuals that have encountered a difficult time during their mental health recovery. We provide non-judgmental support in whatever area the individual needs. We come from a place of knowing what it is like to be in crisis and not knowing where to turn. We can help find a mental health provider, peer services, help with tools to lower symptoms, provide a nurse assessment and much more. We offer free transportation to the center and back home again, anywhere in Erie County. Our services are free to anyone 18 and older. An appointment is not needed as we are a walk-in services. Our hours are 3-11pm everyday! If you have any questions, please give us a call at 716-245-4200.
We are trying to call day after day and nobody is available . What can we do. Sounds like an important and much needed program though. If only we could connect with someone
