Welcome Poolee Sturman to the United States Marine Corps, Delayed Entry Program!!! Ethan Sturman graduated from Delano High School class of 2024. Ever since he was a kid, he's always wanted to join the Marine Corps. Now that he's done with school and enjoyed his summer, he's ready to pursue the next chapter in his life amongst the few and the proud. Poolee Sturman will be going to boot camp on January 13th, 2025; his Recruiter is Staff Sergeant Thao.

Pleased to welcome Poolee Anderson! Colton Anderson is a legacy applicant; his father served in the Marine Corps in 1992! Poolee Anderson has always known that the Marines was a path he was going to pursue. Now that he's completed high school and enjoyed his summer, he's finally ready to kickstart his life. Reaching out to the Buffalo Marine Corps office, he verified his eligibility and completed the screening process to land himself a position in the Delayed Entry Program. While in the Delayed Entry Program, Poolee Anderson will train to prepare himself for his Boot Camp training scheduled for January 2025. His Recruiter is Staff Sergeant Thao

I've heard that the backbone to the military are the Sergeants who drive the production of military efforts. Some say the backbone to the military are the Recruiters who replenish the lifeblood of the organization. I say, the backbone to the military are the selfless applicants who saw an opportunity to become successful, rejuvenate the lifeblood of the Marine Corps, and gain critical life skill experiences helping them become successful beyond the military.

Congrats to Poolee Schmidt! It was without question that Carter Schmidt would pursue a military career post high school. As a result, after prospecting all of the individual branches, Schmidt cast his career decision to the branch that aligned best with his goals: the United States Marine Corps. Poolee Schmidt enlisted into the Marine Corps' Delayed Entry Program, a program that'll prepare him for boot camp after he graduates high school in 2025. Andrew Lauzer made the commitment to enlist into the Marine Corps' Delayed Entry Program after being exposed to the many intangible benefits of being a Marine.
