With the rise in Gun Crime across the Country and here in the City of Buffalo, Erie County Probation Officers have stepped up their supervision of Illegal Gun Offenders. In the past week, Officers located 2 illegal handguns during home contacts leading to new Felony Weapons charges. Pictured is a Mac 10 with the serial number removed, one of the illegal weapons found. Both offenders were already being supervised by the (GIVE) Gun Involved Violence Elimination unit. Great job PO’s Doyle, Anderson, Paris and Cooper.
