My name is Elizabeth Morgan, and I am excited to begin teaching fourth grade science at Buffalo ISD! My previous teaching experience includes working as a fifth grade science teacher and an eighth grade science teacher. These experiences helped me develop a passion for creating engaging, hands-on lessons that support students at many different learning levels. I am also a proud mom of two boys who attend Buffalo Elementary in Pre-K3 and first grade, which makes joining the Buffalo ISD family even more special. I look forward to building a positive and exciting science classroom where students can grow in confidence, curiosity, and critical thinking this year.

Hello, I'm Beckie Stephens and I am excited to join the Buffalo Bison family. My goal is to instill a love of learning in each of my students and to inspire them to continue to be life long learners. I bring over thirty years of teaching experience in multiple grade levels to the incoming sixth graders as a part of the reading team.

Howdy Buffalo ISD,
I’m Tiffany Wallace, the incoming Assistant Principal for the Upper and Lower Junior High Schools. I have been in education for 21 years, the last 3 of which I have served as an administrator. I have taught almost every subject grades 4 through 8, but my passion has always been teaching history. I am relocating to the Buffalo area and I am so excited to be joining the BISD team! My favorite part about my upcoming position is that I will get to continue working with students from third grade all the way through eighth. Making these connections is what it’s all about!

Melissa McCrory is thrilled to join the Buffalo ISD family, bringing 19 years of heart-led experience in special education. For her, teaching is all about creating a caring, encouraging space where every single student feels welcome and safe to learn, grow, and succeed. She loves using consistent daily routines and setting high, clear expectations so her students always know that they are capable of amazing things. Over nearly 2 decades in the classroom, she has enjoyed partnering with families and collaborating with general education teachers to ensure every student gets the exact supports they need. Drawn to the warm sense of community, Mrs. McCrory is grateful to be part of Buffalo ISD and is excited for a fantastic school year ahead!

I’ve been teaching for 10 years and have experience teaching all subject areas, but math has always been my favorite subject to teach. As a Navy veteran, I have learned the importance of discipline, leadership, perseverance, and building strong relationships with others, and I carry those values into my classroom every day. Over the years, I have enjoyed building relationships with students, helping them grow in confidence, and finding ways to make learning meaningful and engaging. I am very excited about the opportunity to teach 7th grade math at BISD because I look forward to helping students succeed, creating a positive classroom environment, and sharing my passion of mathematics with them every day.
