It's finally here! We're excited for the Senior Class of 2027 to welcome our kindergartners (the Class of 2039!) on the field before the first home football game of the season tomorrow night.

Before the game, seniors and kindergartners will walk from opposite goal lines and meet at midfield, where seniors will welcome our youngest Bison with a B1 decal and personal note. Kindergartners and their families will then line the entrance while Bison football players take the field, and remain on the field for the national anthem.

This moment of welcome symbolizes the journey from a student’s first day of kindergarten to the day they take the same field as graduates. As all BHM elementary schools unite under one Bison identity this fall, this moment serves as a tangible reminder that we are one district, one community, one Herd!
