True Community Development Corporation True CDC is a 501 (c)(3) organization designed to collaborate with agencies/organizations to serve as an extension for individuals and families in need.

TCDC is dedicated to providing assistance in the areas of education, human service, and life skills, along with economic and self empowerment to ensure the success of individuals who live in the inner city of Buffalo, NY. TCDC services individuals through Educational Enrichment, Job Readiness, and Parenting Skill Programs. Building relationships with those in our surrounding communities, while helping them to achieve, is the way we will build a community one person at a time.
