Abe (Puppy) spending some time working on his drive. Abe is one of the dogs currently undergoing narcotics training. Using the box, toys, food, and tug to pick up his drive.

A morning for American Working Dog Certification with Veteran Bryan and his service dog Captain. Capt. was named and sponsored by our friends at New Era Cap. Capt. has successfully completed his final and last certification/training. We will now revisit and evaluate the team and an annual basis. Great job by both, it was a slam dunk for sure.

Our puppy training at Lakeview is coming along. Slowly, but surely getting there. We put them in at a much younger age as we are curious to see the data and outcomes. Either we end up with amazing service dogs over all, or we end up with dogs that have become accustomed to wanting to stay in prison 😂😂😂🤦‍♂️

As of right now, it’s all working in our favor. Mission, the one Malinois is heading to Wyoming State Correctional where she will be fine more in-depth training. Our Shepherd, Liberty is looking to just be a playful normal dog. We are adopting her out and giving her a career change. The two labs, much younger and still growing. Great job thus far by all.

Teddy at his annual exam with Dr. Diaz and our friends with Aurora Pet Hospital. Got blood samples and a few shots in his bottom. He did great, all looks great. A little growling, but had his peanut butter and all was good 😂😂 Thank you Dr. Diaz and team for being so awesome.

Our normal Sunday morning routine of narcotic detection training. Dogs are coming along GREAT. We have had many people asking about our classes. We are working together with both of our trainers Mike Z. and Nina N. on this. Will be sure to keep everyone updated on the class for those interested.

We do interior, vehicle and outdoor perimeter searches right now.

A great 1.5hr class, refresh class for two of our dogs that have been in the program a long time. John with his dog Jackie. Jackie graduated out of Erie County Sheriff's Office and Shelia with her dog Bo graduated out of Groveland State Correctional Facility.

We did a lot of work with off leash training, elevators, escalators, recall and blind recalls. both teams are coming along nicely.

In California for the annual International Association of Canine Professionals Conference.
Always looking to stay up to date on different or new training techniques for service dogs. Great opportunity to meet so many other trainers, learn about the different insurance companies and create possible partnerships with other likeminded organizations with the same goals. What a great week this is going to be.
