Family fun day at Ferry Grider Homes
The Masten District would like to thank Eight Days of Hope for all the service they have done in the district this past week. It was an honor to volunteer with such an amazing orgnaization.
Good morning neighbors! Team Masten was out at Ferry Grider Homes this morning.
Today is the first day of Eight Days of Hope Buffalo. We are so thankful that this year they will be helping families in the Masten District.

On June 7th Council Member Wingo along Juneteenth of Buffalo Festival, and our other partners in government participated in the annual raising of the Juneteenth Flag in Niagara Square.
This past Saturday the Masten District participated in the Bailey Avenue Clean Up along with Lovejoy and University Districts. Special thanks to the Bryant and Stranton Men's Basketball team for volunteering their time with us.
Come join us this Saturday May 15th at 9am for the Bailey Avenue Clean Up. will be meeting at the corner of Bailey and Kensington at Captain of the Sea parking lot. Please come out and help us clean our neighborhood.

Buffalo Common Council Member Ulysees O. Wingo, Sr. is celebrating Sister Karen Klimczak’s legacy of Peace through a wonderful art initiative at Peaceprints of WNY with Cindi McEachon and Open Buffalo.
Buffalo Sewer has a Water Amnesty program that clears any interest and penalties with your water bill, and the deadline to apply is end of June 2021.
Council Member Ulysees O. Wingo, Sr., Mayor Byron Brown, Hamlin Park Community Tax Payer Association, and Habitat for Humanity played major parts in getting 33 Brunswick to replace the structure with new a structure that fits the historic preservation of the Hamlin Park Community.

Cancellation letters regarding School Zone citations have been going out. My office continues to work with The City’s administration and the vendor to ensure the problems with this program are rectified and that invalid tickets are refunded.
