Dear Sir:
I am writing in regards to item #71. In the past we've delt with this item and the matter was received and filed. This link (https://youtu.be/z04PzokC8QU) is footage of you stepping to the plate in regards to the transparency of this issue. I now ask for you to step up again on 9/8/20 at the Community Development Committee Meeting regarding the agenda items Im posting below. For us not to have this fully worked out after executive orders and our bringing this to the councils attention in the form of a 700 signature petition over 4 yrs. ago is unreasonable. The Masten District Councils Office has a legal obligation to protect the job opportunities for its constituents. As you clearly stated in this video, the Charter is the Laws of this city and it is non negotiable. I would love to see you get in front of this because you seem like the only one who understands how this reads in the city charter. If you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected] We need these jobs on the Eastside! Please do not let us down. Apprenticeship Jobs Matter to us as well! Thank You!

Who do we contact for a nuisance party? I called 911 at 12:30 and again at 1:15 a.m.. it's now 2:00 a.m. in the morning The police have not arrived.there are people who got cars lined up on both sides of the street on a one way street on Elmer. Blocking the fire hydrants. Dancing and partying in the street playing very loud very heavy bass music where you can feel the vibration in your home with very vulgar cursing lyrics in a family neighborhood. All the 911 operator said was that the police were on their way. And I don't think they never came or are coming
