Buffalo Prairie Care Center 60 bed Skilled Nursing Facility with an 22 bed Alzheimer Unit. Buffalo Prairie Care Center is 60 bed facility including a 20 bed Memory Care Unit.

The Memory Care Unit has an enclosed memory garden with a walking path, raised garden beds and a water feature. Buffalo Prairie Care Center also provides the following services: IV therapy, wound care, periteneal dialysis, tracheostomy care and management, enternal tube feeding, and TPN therapy.

We are so excited to announce that Buffalo Prairie will be participating in the Golden Age Games next Friday, October 16, 2026!

Our team has been busy practicing and getting ready for this exciting adventure. We’ve been working hard on our wheelchair races, bingo, horseshoes, basketball toss, and soccer kicks!🏀⚽️🎯

We are ready to have some fun, cheer each other on, make wonderful memories, and show everyone what Buffalo Prairie spirit is all about! 💪❤️
