Buffalo Prairie Care Center 60 bed Skilled Nursing Facility with an 22 bed Alzheimer Unit. Buffalo Prairie Care Center is 60 bed facility including a 20 bed Memory Care Unit.

The Memory Care Unit has an enclosed memory garden with a walking path, raised garden beds and a water feature. Buffalo Prairie Care Center also provides the following services: IV therapy, wound care, periteneal dialysis, tracheostomy care and management, enternal tube feeding, and TPN therapy.

A huge thank you to our DON Regina, Maintenance men Jacob & John, Samantha in HR, Emily in Social Services, Amy in Dietary, and Amber in Activities for taking a few seconds out of your busy schedules to help make our back courtyard look absolutely beautiful! 💐❤️

Family members and loved ones are always welcome to come by and play a game with your loved one. We’d love to see you spend some fun, quality time together!
