1. Individuals wishing to provide input regarding matters relevant to the Buhl Public Library shall:
a. Wait to be recognized by the Library Board President or their representative.
b. Stand, state their name and whether they are a resident or property owner of the City of Buhl, and then proceed with their input.
2. All public input will be limited to three (3) minutes. Individuals are not permitted to give their time to other speakers.
3. All individuals shall remain respectful.
4. Public input will not be about any of the items on this agenda, personnel, or a personnel-related issue. All issues involving library personnel should be directly communicated to the Library Director.
5. Anyone failing to follow these rules will be provided with one (1) warning. Should a speaker continue to disregard these rules after the warning, they will be asked to return to their seat.

NEW: The FCC has officially published its new proposals for E-Rate, which include possible elimination of this essential program. We need to make our voices heard. You can submit a formal comment to the agency urging them to protect E-Rate, which provides broadband discounts to libraries and schools in every state.

Check out our new comment filing template and more resources at our E-Rate campaign home page - comments to the FCC are due October 13, 2026: ala.org/erate
