We're Hiring!

This is a entry level position. We are looking to add the right individual to our team.

-Summary-
Operate power equipment and hand tools to install, maintain and repair irrigation systems and related components including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves, pumps, etc.

-Requirements-
Valid driver’s license
Mechanical and electrical skills (Preferred)
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
Work safely and promote a safe working environment
Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays if required
Experience: Irrigation: 1 year (Preferred)

The Sprinkler Shop is seeking a Parts Manager for our JEROME Store to join our team. Duties will include but are not limited to: assisting customers with locating parts, managing inventory, ordering parts through various suppliers, processing payments, maintaining shop cleanliness.

Job Requirements:
-Able to lift >50 lbs.
-Valid drivers license
-Polite and courteous
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to adapt with the daily needs of the company
-Able to work independently
-Basic Computer Skills
-Ability to diagnose customer parts needs and verify that the parts sold are correct parts for customer

Preferred:
-Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Experience working in agriculture or irrigation
-Basic Point of Sale System Knowledge or Familiarity with Counterpoint Point of Sale Systems

WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT APPLICANT WHO SHOWS PROFICENCY AND A DESIRE TO LEARN
