I am now officially an author! My book is titled "Transformational Leadership" and is written for anyone in a leadership position or aspiring to become a leader so that you can lead your team to greatness and be a transformational leader. Overall, it took 18-months to write in my spare time (LOL) and was written to "pay it forward" as I have had many people, including my current amazing team, that helped me be successful over the course of my government and business career. This book is not just for government leaders. It is written, using many case studies, to help anyone in any career be a transformational leader.

Very proud of our team that once again delivered a crime reduction for Flagler County. In 2025, our team reduced crime by 32%. Every crime category was down. This is the 9th year in a row (and every year that I've been Sheriff) we delivered crime reduction for the Flagler County community despite 44,000 new residents since I was elected, one of the fastest growing county's in Florida. Thank you to my amazing team!

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office stated that overdoses dropped from 42 in 2024 to 22 in 2025.
