**A Message Regarding Dumpster Days and Proper Waste Disposal**

The Village would like to thank everyone who participated responsibly in our recent Dumpster Days event. The event has ended, and residents are reminded not to leave items at the dumpster site. Illegal dumping is prohibited and may result in fines.

Unfortunately, prohibited and hazardous materials were left around the dumpsters. This created safety concerns and generated complaints from neighbors. As this is a small village, the cleanup became a burden on residents who care about the community.

Dumpster Days is a service provided for everyone's benefit. If an item is not accepted, it is the responsibility of the owner to dispose of it properly.

Oil and other hazardous wastes cannot be accepted because they require special handling and disposal. Never pour oil down storm drains or place it in regular trash. To dispose of household hazardous waste, tires, scrap, electronics, and computers, call the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Recycling District at 800-678-9839 or visit timetorecycle.org to make an appointment.

A reminder that residents may set out “bulk items” next to their refuse carts on the pickup day. For more details or to schedule a pickup for items over 50 lbs., visit the link to Kimble below or call 800-201-0005.
