Call for vendors!

We can't wait for Autumn Fest this year! This event will be held on October 17 at Pender County Courthouse Square in downtown Burgaw, NC.

We are currently seeking vendors with fall items, especially baked goods, spices, and seasonal crafts and goods.

Vendor registration is $60 at burgawnc.gov/register

Food vendor registration is also open.

We are proud to announce that our FY 2026–27 Annual Operating Budget has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) — the organization’s highest recognition for governmental budgeting.

This achievement reflects the Town’s continued commitment to transparency, professionalism, and responsible financial management. We recognize and thank the Town Council and Town staff for their leadership, collaboration, and dedication throughout the budget process that contributed to this significant accomplishment.

We are proud to celebrate this achievement and look forward to continuing to build upon this standard of excellence.
