Conover Academy Open House this Thursday from 6:00-7:30. This is for Juniors and Seniors who will be attending the Academy. Lots of Swag and Prizes will be given away! Parents are encouraged to attend with your child.

It was brought to our attention that people think the meeting tomorrow night starts at 6:00 pm, this is incorrect. The Council meeting will start at 6:30 pm.

Someone left their keys this morning.

During our August 11th council meeting, per the Mayor's request he will be opening the floor at the start of the meeting for the people to voice their concerns. This will only be the first 30 mins of the meeting. You will have 3 mins to speak.
There is a sign-in sheet located inside Burgin City Hall. Your name must be on this sheet if you want to speak.
Be respectful during your comments, no shouting or outburst during this time.
Keep in mind, this is limited, and you will be timed.
