Burlington Township FOP Lodge #84 We are the voice of those who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving our communities.

The Fraternal Order Of Police is the worlds largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers with more than 325,000 members in more than 2,100 lodges. We are committed to improving the working conditions of law enforcement officers and the safety of those we serve through education, legislation, information, community involvement and employee representation.

This year’s Cardio for Cosmo was a huge success, and we want to sincerely thank everyone who came out to support the event in honor of Brother Cosmo.

Thank you to all of the runners, walkers, volunteers, sponsors, and donors who helped make the day possible. We also appreciate the recruits from the Camden County and Gloucester County Police Academies for coming out and participating.

Special shout out to Sister Bieri for all of her hard work helping host the event, while also placing 3rd overall in the 5K 👏

It was an awesome day with great people, great support, and a great way to honor Brother Cosmo’s memory. We truly appreciate everyone who attended and we hope to see you all again next year.

During National Police Week, NJ FOP Lodge #84 proudly recognizes Brothers Casella, Bremer, and Broadway on successfully completing the Police Unity Tour with Chapter 10 and making it all the way to Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸🚴‍♂️💙

The Police Unity Tour is far more than a bicycle ride. It is a mission dedicated to honoring the brave law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice and ensuring their memory is never forgotten. Every mile ridden represents remembrance, respect, and unwavering support for the surviving families of our fallen heroes.

This week, law enforcement officers from across the nation gather at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial to honor those whose names are etched into its walls and to stand united in remembrance during National Police Week.

Lodge 84 is incredibly proud of all those who participated in this meaningful journey, including every rider, volunteer, coordinator, and support member who helped make the trip possible. Your dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to this mission truly represent the best of the law enforcement community.

Congratulations again to Brothers Casella, Bremer, and Broadway, along with all members of Chapter 10, for completing this incredible journey and representing New Jersey with pride and honor.

Today we recognize Brother Casella, Brother Bremer, and Brother Broadway as they take part in the 2026 Police Unity Tour, riding to Washington, D.C. in honor of our fallen brothers and sisters and in support of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.

The Police Unity Tour is more than just a ride… it is a reminder that those we have lost will never be forgotten. Every mile ridden represents sacrifice, service, and the unbreakable bond shared throughout law enforcement.

As they make this journey, we stand behind them with pride and gratitude for representing our department, our FOP family, and the law enforcement community with strength and honor.

Yesterday FOP Lodge #84 celebrated National Ugly Sweater Day during our annual holiday party, and it did not disappoint! 🎄😂

Congratulations to Brother Hreso for winning the Ugly Sweater Competition with his legendary sweatshirt featuring an “early-morning, caught-off-guard” photo of Brother Casella — unreal! 🤣

Huge shout-out to Brother Senni’s wife, Casey, for the amazing balloon arches, and thank you to everyone who helped make the night a success. Big thanks as well to the Roma Club in Burlington for hosting us and to Linda behind the bar for taking great care of everyone. It was an awesome time with great people. We HO HO HOPE everyone who came enjoyed themselves!

UPDATE — and WOW. 🎄❤️

When we first asked Burlington Township to help us fill a donation trailer for The Beloved Project, we truly had no idea what to expect.

What we received was overwhelming.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the trailer — and then some — was filled with an unbelievable amount of toys, food, and donated items. Boxes, bags, and smiles everywhere. More than we ever imagined.

Because of you, countless families and children across Burlington County will have a brighter holiday season. This is exactly what the spirit of giving, community, and coming together looks like.

On behalf of Burlington Township FOP Lodge #84 and the Burlington Township Police Department , thank you to everyone who donated, spread the word, helped load, sort, and support this drive — and to for the important work they do year-round.

Burlington Township showed up in a big way.

FOP Lodge #84 is incredibly proud to recognize our President, Brother Ortiz-Cruz, for being honored as the 2025 Burlington County Volunteer of the Year by the Governor’s Council on Substance Use Disorder!

This award isn’t given lightly…it’s reserved for individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment, leadership, and consistent dedication to strengthening their community. The criteria focuses on those who go above and beyond, especially in areas of prevention, mentorship, outreach, and local impact.

Our Brother embodies every part of that.

As an SRO, he’s in the schools every day building relationships, mentoring students, and guiding the youth in the right direction. His presence, leadership, and genuine connection with kids make a real difference. Whether it’s helping students navigate tough decisions, being a trusted voice in the halls, or supporting families when they need it most, his work doesn’t just check boxes, it creates lasting change.

Congratulations, President Ortiz-Cruz! Your FOP family is fired up, grateful, and beyond proud to celebrate this huge accomplishment with you.
