This week, we proudly recognize and celebrate EMS Week — a time to honor the incredible EMS professionals who serve on the front lines of emergency care every day.

Established in 1974 by President Gerald Ford, EMS Week highlights the lifesaving work, dedication, and compassion of emergency medical personnel across our nation. From responding to critical emergencies to providing comfort during difficult moments, EMS professionals make a difference in our communities 24/7.

Thank you to all EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, dispatchers, nurses, and healthcare partners for your commitment to protecting the health, safety, and well-being of those we serve. Your professionalism, skill, and heart do not go unnoticed.
