Join us this Saturday from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. in the 400 block of Valley Street for the Fire & Splash Summer Bash!

We’ll have water games, a dunk tank, hot dogs, snacks, and plenty of summer fun for the whole family. Come prepared to get wet, make memories, and of course spend time with your favorite firefighters. 😌

This week our local had the opportunity to travel to Waterloo for the 102nd annual IPFF convention. It’s a great opportunity to continue to learn how to strengthen our union and better represent our fellow union brothers and sisters! 🚒🚑

Please join us in congratulating FF Tristan Timmerman for completing the seven‑week Spring Fire Academy at the Illinois Fire Service Institute.

This achievement represents far more than classroom hours and training drills — it reflects Tristan’s dedication, sacrifice, and unwavering work ethic. The academy demands long days, physical and mental toughness, and a commitment to mastering the skills required to protect others. Tristan met every challenge head‑on and demonstrated the character and determination that define the fire service.
