We’ve rung in the new year. 2025 is here. I am excited and energized by the possibilities that are before us. I’m announcing that I will be seeking re-election to the Select Board as I wish to continue serving the people of Burlington as I have for the last six years.

I’ll be making myself available but as always, if you have questions or want to chat please reach out to me. I hope to have your vote on April 5th at our Town Election.

As the days wane and we get closer to Election Day (and warmer weather!) you'll start to see something wonderful (not just the flowers bloom and wildlife returning) but the local outreach and community effort to create opportunities for residents to meet and speak with candidates. Burlington Buzz has been featuring candidate information on top of all the other wonderful information they're supplying.

Linked is a letter I wrote about running for re-election.

Mark your calendars, we've put together a roadmap to all of the events we'll be holding between now and election day. This does not include any additional events such as any BCAT coverage, or organization hosted conversations.

As of right now we're planning our Kickoff for 2/26. Like with any of our events we'll post in advance with specific details. But this will give you an overview of what's to come.

It has been an unimaginable 3 years full of highs and lows. The biggest low being the pandemic, of course. But the highs of:

- minimal cuts to the budget despite the pandemic having a hefty impact to our revenue streams
- A renewed focus on Economic Development and Infrastructure
- Efforts and discussions around Transportation solutions and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

I am humbled to have served the Town and all of you thus far and am thrilled to announce that I am seeking re-election to the Select Board - Town Election to be held April 9th 2022.

I never said I was any good (and I wasn’t) but the energy was incredible and we (other elected officials, staff, & my family) all had an absolute blast!

Maybe next year, with some practice, I’ll be better (wishful thinking).

Town Meeting is coming up quick. While May is typically our "big" Town Meeting where the annual operating budget is discussed and voted on September and January are great opportunities to keep things moving forward.

Take a look at the Warrant. Talk to your Town Meeting representatives. Tune in on September 27th.
