Save the Date! Come by the Fire Station and treat your family to a full pancake breakfast and meet the firefighters and EMTs who serve our community! Flowers for the first 100 moms and goody bags for kids. Saturday, May 9th, 9am - noon. Donations will go to the Fire Auxiliary and be used to purchase equipment to aid our firefighters!

Today Mrs. Urlie's TK class visited the Fire Station. Chief May talked with the kids about smoke alarms and fire safety. EMTs Mirella Granados and Baily Gordon handed out Jr. Fire Fighter badges and coloring pages. Then everyone had a chance to turn on the fire hose in front of the station!

Welcome to new Fire District Board Member Brian Harris. Brian is shown here with Board Members Irene May and Karen VanCleave following a public meeting on January 5, 2026. We are fortunate to have volunteers who are dedicated to serving the Burney community!

Wishing you a safe and peaceful holiday! Our wonderful volunteer firefighters and EMT staff will remain on duty, but our administrative office will be closed on Dec. 24th and 25th. Regular hours will resume on Monday, Dec. 29th.
