We are excited to invite you to participate in the 43rd Annual Mayers Healthcare Foundation Family Health & Fitness Fair on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the Intermountain Fairgrounds.

As a valued community partner, we encourage you to host a booth to share information, resources, and services with attendees. Feel free to bring giveaways, prizes, and brochures—interactive displays are always a hit!

Mayers Healthcare Foundation will provide a table, table covering, and two chairs for all registered participants. If you need additional tables or chairs, please indicate your request on the booth registration form. Please ensure your booth is fully staffed throughout the event.

To reserve your spot, complete and return the attached Booth Registration Form by May 29, 2026. Forms can be dropped off, scanned and emailed, or mailed to MHF.

This year, we are pleased to offer:
✅ Discounted Lab Screenings – Including a Fe+TIBC test for individuals with potential signs of anemia, along with special pricing on follow-up lab work if additional tests are needed.
✅ “KID FIT” Activities – In collaboration with Tri Counties Community Network, providing engaging activities and resources for children.
✅ Discounted Sports Physicals – Available for the 2026–2027 school year at our mobile clinic.

On behalf of the Mayers Healthcare Foundation, we’re excited to invite you to the 26th Annual “On the Green” Golf Tournament, taking place Friday, August 7, 2026, at the Fall River Valley Golf & Country Club.

This year, we’ve made a change you asked for—moving the tournament to a Friday to better accommodate work schedules and make it easier for teams and business groups to participate. We’re looking forward to a great turnout and another memorable day of golf, connection, and community.

Each year, this tournament brings together friends, colleagues, and supporters who share a commitment to strengthening healthcare in our Intermountain region. Thanks to participants like you, we continue to make a meaningful impact.

In 2025, the tournament raised $15,000 to support Thrift Store renovations, benefiting local hospice services. Your participation truly makes a difference.

Soroptimist International Burney-Fall River is a global volunteer organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment, specifically to those facing significant challenges. The past 56 years the Burney-Fall River Chapter's annual fundraisers help support Citizenship awards to Burney High School Seniors and other local service projects including One Safe Place, Burney Library/FOIL, Burney Food Pantries Sober Grad Nite, and Burney Basin Days. This year Soroptimist International Burney-Fall River is sponsoring a Scotch Doubles Bowling Tournament on May 17, 2026 at Burney Bowl beginning at 1:30 pm. The cost is $50.00 per team of 2. Come join us for an afternoon of fun and support your community at the same time!
