Our Ag in Ireland Tour was one for the books, and we're already thinking about our NEXT INTERNATIONAL ADVENTURE! 🇮🇪🐄🌾

We made memories. We experienced agriculture on the other side of the world. We explored new places. We laughed with friends. And we came home with stories we'll be telling for years.

Folks, we are one week away from our Back to School BBQ here at the Burns High School Ag Shop. Please make plans to come out and enjoy a fantansic evening of fellowship, friends and fun. Students, come and find out all the events and activities already on the calendar for the school year. Parents, come find out what to expect from FFA and our amazing chapter. Join us at Laramie County Community College on September 23 for our annual livestock and horse evaluation contest!

📍 LCCC Ag Arena – Cheyenne, WY.
🕖 Registration: 7:00–8:30 a.m.
🏆 Judging begins: 9:00 a.m.
🗣️ Reasons will follow judging

After reasons, students will also have the opportunity to participate in an optional campus activity while waiting for critique and awards - a great chance to explore LCCC and see what campus has to offer!

The boots are cleaned up, the show boxes are put away, and it’s time to trade fair dust for school dust! 📚🤠

A NEW SCHOOL YEAR is here, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead for the Burns FFA Chapter!

This year, we’re bringing three things with us:

It's Back to school time and that means its time for the annual Burns FFA Chapter Back 2 School BBQ!

Make plans to join us for hamburgers, chips, and a drink on Tuesday September 8th, at 6:30pm in the BHS Ag Shop.

This is a great time to find out whats going on this year, meet the new officer team, parents come and meet Mr. Luna and ask questiosn about FFA.

💙💛 A HUGE HONOR FOR THREE BURNS FFA MEMBERS! 💛💙

We are incredibly proud to announce that Dalton Fox, Hayden Hubbard, and Gage Grommon will receive their American FFA Degree this fall at the National FFA Convention! 🇺🇸🌾

The American FFA Degree is the highest degree the National FFA Organization can bestow upon a member, and only less than 1% of FFA members nationwide earn this prestigious honor.

Earning the American Degree takes much more than wearing the blue jacket. Members must have earned their State FFA Degree, maintained at least three years of FFA membership, and demonstrated significant achievement through their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE), including productive investment and earnings.

Dalton, Hayden, and Gage have put in the work, made the commitment, and demonstrated what it means to take advantage of the opportunities FFA provides.

This fall, they'll walk across the stage at the National FFA Convention to receive their golden keys and American FFA Degree certificates—a moment that represents years of dedication and achievement.

We couldn't be more proud of these three outstanding Burns FFA members!

Three members. One incredible accomplishment. A lifetime achievement.

Congratulations, Dalton, Hayden, and Gage! Keep representing that blue jacket and gold standards! 💙💛

💙💛 LET’S TALK STATE FAIR! 💛💙

Buckles. Banners. Hard work. Determination. Blue jackets. Gold standards.

That’s the Burns FFA way. 🌾🏆

What a week it was at the Wyoming State Fair! Our members stepped into the show ring, the shop, and the competition arena and represented Burns FFA with the kind of pride and grit that makes us incredibly proud to be their advisors.

Every buckle and banner tells a story—but behind every award are early mornings, late nights, countless hours of work, and members who refused to settle for anything less than their best.

We are so proud of what our members accomplished and even more proud of how they accomplished it—with sportsmanship, humility, teamwork, and that unmistakable Burns Bronc pride.

We are honored to continue a tradition built on excellence, pride, service, and tradition. The blue jacket means something, and our members continue to prove it every time they put it on.

Now the boots get traded for school shoes, the show boxes get put away, and it’s BACK TO SCHOOL! 📚🌾

A new year. New members. New goals. New opportunities.
