We’re looking for community members interested in being part of a team that prioritizes the quality of our local water to join the Black Dog Watershed Management Organization. 72% of the Black Dog watershed area lies within Burnsville and this group assists member cities (Apple Valley, Eagan and Lakeville) in managing our surface water runoff, water quality and drainage challenges.

Visitors will notice a new look on the city’s website, burnsvillemn.gov, though content and navigation have not changed.

The visual design of the website was updated with more modern and accessible look. The structure of the website has not changed, so you can find the same content and resources in the same places you’re used to.
