Some of the primary services supported by the Blue Ridge Partnership for Children include Child Care Resource & Referral which provides child development information to parents, professional development for child care providers and 2 Family Resource Libraries. We are the enrolling agency for Imagination Library in Avery, Mitchell and Yancey counties. BRPFC also helps eligible families with the cos

ts of high quality child care, WAGE$, Preschool Scholarships, SCOTTIE Bus, Play and Learn groups, weekly, Parent to Parent Support Network, Transportation Services and Mitchell-Yancey Healthy Families.
