We are excited to announce the schedule for our 2026 Summer Reading Program, "Unearth A Story". Sign up your little ones at the Burr Oak Township Library during open hours, for six weeks of fun themed around Dinosaurs, Paleontology, and Archaeology, and receive a gift bag as a thank you!

The Burr Oak Township Library is hiring!

We are looking for a Library Clerk to work Saturdays from 9 am to 12 PM and to cover days when the Director is unable to work. Tasks will include assisting patrons with library use, cleaning the library for two hours each weekend during closed hours, and other day-to-day tasks as needed. Starting pay is $13.73.

The Burr Oak Township Library wants to wish our best to our clerk, Haley! She is moving on to a new chapter in life, looking for her next adventure.

Her last day is February 27. Stop by the library between 12 pm and 4 pm, to enjoy a cookie and give Haley a farewell wish!
