The village portal through Authority Pay is finally up and running.
This is for anyone who would like to sign up for automatic payment processing for the water/sewer & trash bills.
It is NOT MANDATORY to sign up for auto pay. This was implemented for you, our residents for convenience. You can continue to have your bank send in the payments for you, pay by check in the drop box or come into the office.
As we have transitioned to a brand new billing system, please keep in mind:
1: Your old account number(s) are null and void. Please obtain your NEW account # (on your statement) and send with your payment.
2: Your account has been assigned a CID (customer ID #) which
pertains to your account only. This is to be used IF you wish to sign up for auto pay.
3: We are working out the kinks in the system as June was our very first bill run.
4: Current information is a must* If your account is under a different name, make certain that is attached or written on your check. We will have no way of applying the payment to the correct account***
If you notice any errors on the statement, please call village hall as we will work to correct them.
