Michigan Vet 2 Vet for Women

Michigan Vet 2 Vet for Women We are Military women committed to helping ourselves and other women enlisted and veterans achieve success and transition back into a civilian lifestyle .

We are women veterans committed to helping ourselves and other women enlisted and veterans achieve recovery from physical, mental and adjustment problems we, as military women face. Through these problems and issues, we as military women can feel disconnected from people. We can also feel disconnected from ourselves as well. We as military women need to regain a connection with people as well as

ourselves. We as military women can gain back some of what we lost. This a process, but if we work at it, we as military women can have a whole new outlook on life and re-invent ourselves anew.

“Ever since I came back from Vietnam, I knew that I had a problem, but I didn’t know what it was," said one Black veteran.
