Lehman Pike EMS was proud to be out in the community today at the Saw Creek Estates Spring Festival!

Our crew spent the day connecting with residents, providing education, and showcasing the important role EMS plays both on and off emergency calls. From meeting families to answering questions and promoting safety, it was a great opportunity to engage with the community we serve.

Lehman Pike EMS and Bushkill Volunteer Fire Company came together on April 20, 2026, for a successful joint training focused on teamwork, communication, and operational efficiency.

Members from both agencies worked side by side, strengthening their skills and building stronger relationships that directly benefit the community we serve. Trainings like this are essential in ensuring seamless coordination on emergency scenes and improving overall response effectiveness.

A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this training a success. We look forward to continuing to train together and grow as a team.

Medic 409-3 and 24-Ambulance-1 Alpha assisted Marshalls Creek Fire Company as well as several area fire and EMS agencies last evening. 24-Ambulance-1 Alpha assisted with patient assessments as well as rehabilitation efforts for firefighters while Medic 409-3 handled EMS Operations command. Strong work by all agencies involved!

Lehman Pike EMS Participates in the Teddy Bear Toss! 🧸💙

We’re proud to announce that Lehman Pike EMS recently took part in the Teddy Bear Toss, an incredible initiative to bring comfort to children in need. In collaboration with the Victims Intervention Program (VIP), we were able to donate approximately 70 teddy bears that will go directly to children who are facing difficult circumstances.

Each teddy bear represents a gesture of kindness, love, and support. These stuffed animals will bring warmth and comfort to children who may be going through traumatic experiences, offering them a small but meaningful sense of security during challenging times.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, and to the Victims Intervention Program for their continued work in supporting survivors of abuse and neglect. We are so grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these children, and we look forward to continuing to support this wonderful cause.

We are reaching out to ask for your support in a cause that is near and dear to the hearts of EMS professionals, and especially to the Lehman Pike EMS family. As part of our mission to serve and uplift the community, we are hosting a donation drive to collect lightly used luggage, backpacks, and new toiletries for children in need.

These items will be distributed to children in our community who are facing challenging circumstances. Whether it’s a child entering foster care or one who simply needs a bit of extra support, your contributions will make a tangible difference in their lives.

We are accepting gently used luggage and backpacks, as well as new toiletries. The items will go directly to organizations that support children in need, providing them with the resources they may not have access to otherwise.

Lehman Pike EMS had a wonderful time today at Lehman Township celebrating Easter with our community!

We were so excited to welcome a special visit from the Easter Bunny, who helped make the day even more magical for all the children. The turnout for the Easter egg hunt was incredible—so many smiling faces, laughter, and excitement as kids searched high and low for eggs!

Thank you to everyone who came out to join us and helped make this event such a success. We love being part of such a supportive and vibrant community.

Today we celebrate 4 years of service at Lehman Pike Emergency Medical Services. What started as a vision has grown into something truly special, and it’s incredible to reflect on how far we’ve come in such a short time. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our Township Supervisors for their continued support, trust, and commitment to ensuring our community has access to high-quality emergency medical care. Your support has been instrumental in helping us grow and serve at the highest level. Most importantly, we are grateful for the communities we serve. It is an honor and privilege to care for our neighbors each and every day. Our team remains dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful, and patient-focused care whenever and wherever it’s needed. Thank you to every member of our team who makes this service what it is today. Here’s to the past four years and to an even brighter future ahead.

With the fridged cold temperatures our area is expecting over the weekend, LPEMS would like to remind everyone of a few things;

• Dress in layers and limit time outdoors
• Watch for icy roads and sidewalks
• Use space heaters safely
• Check on elderly neighbors and loved ones

If you experience a medical emergency or signs of hypothermia, call 911.

Stay warm, stay safe, and look out for one another.

Lehman Pike EMS would like to extend a very heartfelt and deserved congratulations to our very own Rob Kramer and Louis Difusco for successfully completing their National Registry exams for their Advanced-EMT certifications as well as Geraldo “Jerry” Gutierrez who successfully completed his National Registry and earned his EMT certification.

With the addition of now two more Advanced-EMT’s it continues to allow LPEMS to advance the quality of care that is readily available at any given moment for our residents. Ensuring a high level of care is available to our community even when our Paramedics are committed on other incidents is something that we know our community deserves and having these Advanced-EMT’s allows us to do just that.

These feats were no small task by any means, lots of sleepless nights spent studying, long hours with classes and clinicals, on top of still remaining dedicated to their full time schedules, always finding a way to make it work, while still serving the Lehman Township residents and its visitors. Congratulations gentleman!
