Last night we attended the Section XI Banquet at Unity - Mendon where we reflected on accomplishments from this past year and elected new officers for 2025 - 2026.

❗️Heads up — if you are planning on going to the greenhouse tomorrow from noon to 3:00 p.m., I recommend entering through the back gate and letting them know you’re going to the greenhouse due to the sectional track meet.

🌿Ferns WILL be arriving tomorrow.

This weekend will be opening weekend with typical hours being weekdays open from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM and weekends being 12 PM - 3 PM. With Prom being this Saturday our hours will be adjusted to 9 AM - 12 PM.

Last night, District 3 Public Speaking was held at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, where we had three members compete in each of the 3 different speech categories.

🌟 Caroline S. competed in Extemporaneous Speaking and won her area! She will advance to the State competition in June.
🌟 Marryn F. represented us in the Creed Speaking competition.
🌟 Reagan M. competed in Prepared Speech with her topic on botulism in canning food.

We are proud of all three members for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding representation at District 3!

FFA Alumni—we MIGHT need your help! MIGHT MIGHT.

Are you available for to help out for a couple, or few, hours? Saturday is the junior high sectional track meet in Bushnell and the high school track team is running the concession stand. IF the high school track team’s conference meet, which is this coming Friday not in Bushnell, gets rained out they will run it on Saturday. If that is the case, the FFA alumni will be running the concession stand at the JH Sectional in Bushnell. Please let us know if you would be available, even if it’s only for an hour or two. IF NEEDED.
