The Courthouse staff worked their tails off getting ready for the tours for Bates County Museum ‘Old Settler’s Day’ on Saturday evening then the Bates County Sheriff’s Youth Posse Academy today. Everyone worked hard to be able to show off where we work and spend our days serving the public through the court system.

We want to give a shout out to Jack & Susie Smalley and Cody Morris and wife in getting our sign up. Our office pays a tribute to the late Richard Koehler for never giving up on getting the Judges in matching frames.

I have gotten some pictures from others and will give credit for each picture.

Hopefully we will get another opportunity to show off the Courthouse another day.
