Yes to Access offers Deaf awareness, ADA, and effective communication training seminars tailored specifically to 1st responders: primarily Firefighters and EMT personnel. My goal is to put in place a protocol for 1st Responders that, if followed, will maximize efficiency and minimize frustration for both the 1st responder(s) and citizen(s) who are Deaf or hard of hearing until a Certified Sign Lan
