Exciting things happening in our office….we now have a website!!

batescountycollector.com

Our new software is allowing us to do so much more, but like anything new it takes time to learn and navigate. Our customer service is still top notch but may take a few extra minutes while we learn our way around all the new exciting features. We hope you find our online option just as exciting as we do and hopefully having it at your finger tips beneficial.

“Our mission is to provide quality customer service to the citizens of Bates County while being trustworthy stewards of public funds. The Collector’s office works closely with other county offices to ensure taxpayers’ concerns are resolved. It is my greatest honor to serve as your Bates County...

A little office update:

Our new software got installed last week (a long fought battle). So far we are all adjusting as well as can be expected and slowly figuring it all out. They have been great about coming in office and training us and always pick up the phone when we call if they aren't here. It will take time to get speedy with the software, but we are still able to provide great customer service. Exciting news is that with this software we will be able to have online payment options, tax receipt look up, and so much more. As soon as the website is up and going I'll make sure to share. So many moving parts to get everything updated and going. So many new and exciting things that come with the upgrade and can't wait to share more when its all finalized. Thank you for patience when calling or coming in until we get more efficient and comfortable with all our new system.
