There is nothing quite like the Butte community. Today marks day one of our annual Week of Compassion, and our volunteers are already hard at work collecting and sorting donations for the Kick the Can food and shoe drive!

We’d love for you to celebrate with us:

Tonight: Hang out with Monday Night Worship at the Center of Hope.
Tomorrow: Come to our official Grand Opening & Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony! Enjoy lunch, take a tour, and hear a special Proclamation from Chief Executive JP Gallagher.

We have volunteer slots open all week long. Check the link in our bio to find a time that works for you! We have lots of opportunities available all throughout the Week of Compassion.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you at our Ribbon Cutting next week!

Come tour our new building, enjoy lunch with us, and see all the exciting things ahead for our community. We’re so grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way and are excited to open our doors to all of you!

As a reminder, this week is the LAST week of our Kick the Can Food & Shoe Drive: If you have donations, be sure to drop them off at a participating location before the drive ends.

Next week is also Week of Compassion! We’ll have several volunteer opportunities available and would love for you to come learn how you can get involved.

We’re looking forward to celebrating, serving, and connecting with everyone next week!

Wishlist Wednesday ✔️🗒️

At Butte Rescue Mission, healing and hope often begin with a simple reminder: your future is still full of possibility.

This Wishlist Wednesday, we’re asking for art supplies to help the women in our Empowerment Group create vision boards, a space where dreams are rebuilt, goals are rediscovered, and confidence begins to grow again.

Every donation helps remind these women that their story is not over and their future is worth dreaming about.

Last week, we officially kicked off our garden season and celebrated with a backyard barbecue!

Just like our garden, the journey of recovery and rebuilding takes time, care, and a lot of support. We are so grateful for the sunshine, the delicious food, and the incredible community that surrounds us as we grow together.

Come celebrate with an official Butte Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting, a Week of Compassion Proclamation from Chief Executive JP Gallagher, and the unveiling of our new Donor Wall. Afterward, take a behind-the-scenes tour of the halls you helped build, and stay for a free community lunch, coffee, and dessert starting at 12:00 PM.

Wishlist Wednesday 🗒✔ Looks a little different this week...

The month of May is officially here, which means our annual Kick the Can, canned food and shoe drive is in full swing! You can drop off at any participating local business or church (look for the "Kick the Can" boxes!) or bring them directly to the Butte Rescue Mission

At the Butte Rescue Mission, canned goods are the foundation of almost every meal we serve. Whether it’s a hearty stew or a side of veggies, your donations help us keep our community nourished and sustained. And don’t forget the shoes, a sturdy pair of footwear can change someone's entire outlook (and journey).

Every can, and every pair of shoes, makes a massive difference in the lives of the people we serve. Let's come together this May to fill the pantry and clear the path for our neighbors in need! Together, we CAN make a difference.
