On July 23, PST McKenzie Gomes answered a 911 call from retired Orleans Fire-Rescue Chief William Quinn. Throughout the call, McKenzie demonstrated exceptional professionalism, empathy, and efficiency while gathering the critical information needed to dispatch the appropriate resources. Bill Quinn, who is just fine, thanked her on his personal page, and allowed us to share his message.

McKenzie's actions reflect the high standard of service our Regional Emergency Communications Center strives to provide.
