SF Bay Area Alumni Dinners

I drove down to Santa Clara on Thursday, April 16th to have lunch with Matthew Gerry (Class of 2011), who lives in the South Bay and works as an engineer for Silicon Valley Power. Matthew and his wife have an 18-month-old daughter with another on the way, so traveling to group events is tough for him right now. We met at Athena Grill in Santa Clara — just a mile from Levi's Stadium — and I've attached a photo.

Going forward, I plan to host two Bay Area alumni lunches or dinners each month in different parts of the region to make it easier for grads who can't travel far. Dates and locations will be flexible based on who can attend. If you're interested in joining a Bay Area event, just call or email me.

Seattle — Red Sox vs. Mariners, June 21st

I've also been in touch with grads living in the Seattle area, and a handful have agreed to meet up for the Red Sox vs. Mariners game on Sunday, June 21st. I'll fly up from San Francisco for the weekend. If you're in Washington State and want to join us, reach out and I'll let you know where we're sitting — you can purchase your own ticket nearby.

San Diego / Los Angeles — Late Summer

I'm also planning a similar trip to see a Red Sox game later in the summer to either San Diego or Los Angeles, depending on interest. If you're in Southern California and want to connect, let me know.
