I am issuing a Burn Ban effective during any Red Flag Warning issued by the National Weather Service, for no more than 7 days from 7:30 am, 3/27/2026

The Commissioner's Court has allowed the Burn Ban to expire. However, that doesn't mean we shouldn't remain cautious. With high winds predicted over the next few days, we ask that you use extreme caution and avoid anything that could spark a fire.

Remember, even without a burn ban, you can be civilly liable for any damage to your neighbor.
