The Guernsey County Board of Developmental Disabilities is excited to partner with the Cambridge Area YMCA to offer Adaptive Swim Lessons!

Adaptive Swim Lessons will support to parents and children with water safety skills and build confidence in the water.

Lessons will be the week of 7/27 to 7/31.
Ages 3-5 at 9:35 to 10:05am.
Ages 6-12 at 10:10 to 10:40am.
Parent/responsible adult must be in the water with the child.

Cost: Cambridge Area YMCA Member @ $45/week, Non- Member @ $80/week

Family Support Services may be used to cover costs for children served by the Guernsey County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Join us for Pop in and Play at the Guernsey County Board of DD.

Pop in and Play will be held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 11 to 11:45am. It's a great way to enjoy some playtime and socialization with your little one.

Help us celebrate America's 250th Anniversary by painting a square. The squares will be combined to create an eagle with the US flag. The final image will be displayed in the GCBDD office.

You can pick up a square to complete at home, or create a square on June 4th at the Board. Drop in anytime between 8am to 2pm on June 4th - art supplies will be available.

You may use any medium you like - paint, crayon, marker or colored pencil.

Squares are due by June 22nd.

Support local Special Olympics athletes by cheering on the Law Enforcement Torch Run as it passes through Guernsey County TODAY!
8 Guernsey County athletes will be competing in the State Summer Games.

10:30 AM Group Run (assemble at Stop 9 Church) (1 Mile) - Byesville, Ohio
10:45 AM Guernsey County Board of DD
11:00 AM Depart GCBDD EnRoute to Cambridge
11:30 AM Group Run (assemble at New Municipal Court) (.5 Mile) - Cambridge
11:40 AM Meet Guernsey Eagles at Guernsey County Courthouse
12:00 PM Depart Cambridge EnRoute to Zanesville
