Byron Center Public Schools is hosting Protect Young Eyes speaker Michele Lothschutz on Tuesday, May 12, for a presentation on the impact of technology on kids' mental health. This session is about building awareness of online behaviors that impact students.

The event is free and open to the public, but an RSVP is required by Friday, May 8. ⤵️

Michigan has yet to decide if schools meals will be free for all students for the 2025-26 school year.

However, it is important for families to apply for benefits through the Family Portal in order for our schools to receive full access to federal and state funding for educational programs.

Two hundred children will receive a new bike helmet at no cost next week through signature events that are part of the 22nd summer of the Grand Rapids Griffins’ “Put A Lid On It!” bike helmet safety program, presented by Helen DeVos Children's Hospital
