Who “Runs” the Club? Club officers (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, immediate past president) and four directors who together comprise the Board of Directors manage the business of the Club. The Board of Directors meets monthly. What Happens at Club Meetings? Dinner with friendly conversation
The Business meeting is opened with ringing of the Kiwanis bell, Pledge of Allegiance and short invocation. The meetings are social, informative and educational. Topical speakers address the club.
