Sunday Nights has a new Officer in Charge!

Congratulations to EMT Adeline Wright who will now be the Officer in Charge (OIC) on our volunteer staffed ambulance after her recent promotion this month.
Since joining the department in August 2024, Adeline has worked diligently toward earning her charge status. Through countless hours of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and independent study, she has demonstrated the dedication and commitment needed to reach this important milestone.

Last weekend, our Saturday and Sunday day crews had the opportunity to support the Montgomery County Public Safety Training Academy’s EMT class, focusing on lifts, loads, carries, and cot operations.

We’re incredibly grateful to the PSTA for entrusting our top-notch providers to help train and prepare the next generation of EMS professionals. It was a privilege to work alongside such dedicated future providers, and we can’t wait to see all they accomplish!

A huge congratulations to EMT Jonah Cohen on his promotion to Officer in Charge (OIC)!

Since joining the department in August 2024, Jonah has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to the department, his fellow members, and the community we serve.

This Saturday night, members worked on handling and advancing large hose lines, getting valuable hands-on experience and building the skills needed as they prepare for the upcoming Firefighter 1 class.

Halfway through the summer, and we couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to serve this community.

Training never takes a night off.

Our Saturday Night Crew spent the evening sharpening their skills with hands-on training focused on elevator operations and hose line management. Through realistic scenarios, members strengthened their teamwork, communication, and fireground operations.

Continuous training helps ensure we're ready to serve our community when we're needed most. 🚒❤️
