2026 Back to School Clothing Program shopping days are Tuesday, July 21 and Wednesday, July 22 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm! Please note that some of the stores outside the mall (Rural King and Gabe's) open at 9:00 am, but the mall opens at 10:00.
Harrison County JFS staff will be set up in the mall community room to distribute gift cards for approved applications.
Remember, you must return to the community room with your purchases when you finish shopping.

We've nearly finished the eligibility determinations for our 2026 Back to School Clothing Program. Shopping will take place on Tuesday, July 21 and Wednesday, July 22 at the Ohio Valley Mall.

If you've been contacted to provide additional verifications for your application, please do so as quickly as possible. Additional verifications must be provided within 10 days, or the application will be denied.

If you haven't received a determination of your application, please email us at [email protected] no later than Monday, July 20. Please don't call the agency.

For those of you who have been approved, we'll see you at the mall on July 21 and July 22!
