Our Story
Rotary is a worldwide organization of more than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders. Members of Rotary clubs, known as Rotarians, provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. We began in 1995 as the Rotary Club of St. Clair Valley, serving the Cahokia, Dupo, and Sauget communities just east of downtown St. Louis. We just completed our transition to a virtual club and have rebranded ourselves as the Rotary E-Club of the Metro East, though our service project focus will remain on the Cahokia area. We hold our meetings the first and third Thursday each month, with the link to join posted that morning.
