Please be aware that our GMASS Appraisal staff are out in the County assessing property! They should ALL have on badges, orange fluorescent vest & a decal on their vehicles. If you notice anything different please contact the sheriffs office!!

For the next 3 years, the Grady County Board of Assessors will be conducting a countywide review on all parcels. GMASS has been chosen to conduct the field reviews. The GMASS appraisers will have county issued ID badges and their vehicles will be marked as contractors. Thank you in advance for your cooperation .
