Cairo Auxiliary Fire Department Inc. Would like to extend a warm welcome to the Alexander County Emergency Management Agency. It has been agreed upon that we will share our surplus of office space with EMA as well as a joint reactivation of the Emergency Operations Center. This will mark the first time in many years that the County of Alexander will have an E.O.C. at a fixed location.

Cairo Auxiliary Fire Department, serving the north Cairo fire protection district. We also serve as a mutual aid resource for the surrounding departments. CAFD provides fire suppression capabilities to the homes, businesses and farm operations located in the NCFPD. We also provide technical rescue and extrication services for automotive entrapments and industrial accidents. Stay fire safe!
