Another round of storms appears to be likely overnight tonight. It’s uncertain whether or not we will receive anything severe, but worth paying attention.

STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY DEVELOP BY MONDAY EVENING AND MOVE EAST ACROSS NEBRASKA MONDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY MORNING
UPDATED MONDAY MORNING JUNE 1

* Using the HRRR model.

The forecast hasn't changed since Sunday for Monday evening through early Tuesday morning. Thunderstorms will develop out west this evening and will move east across much of western and central Nebraska and may last into eastern Nebraska. Severe weather is most likely in western and central Nebraska. Eastern Nebraska may still see some severe weather, but storms are expected to weaken and start dissipating as they move into eastern Nebraska. Large hail and strong wind gusts are the main threats. An isolated tornado is possible mainly across the Panhandle.
