The Grady County Clerk of Superior Court’s Office is now accepting applications for two (2) full-time Deputy Clerk positions. We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and professional individual to join our team and serve the citizens of Grady County.

Applications may be picked up at 250 North Broad Street, Cairo, GA, in the Clerk’s office on the first floor of the Grady County courthouse, or requested by e-mail.

State Court of Grady County is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26th at 08:30AM.

You may pay your citation over the phone, online at payyourtix.com, in person with cash, money order, or debit/credit card. Payments for citations are due Friday, May 22nd by 5PM.

Please enter your name as it appears on your ticket. In addition to your last name, you are required to enter either the citation # from your ticket or your driver's license #:

Well it’s that time again. Posting here reminded people to come pay their citations and they actually thanked us for it.

The Sheriff deputies and the Georgia State Patrol have been busy little bees. These are all payable citations that will need to be paid by Friday, May 22, 2026. If not paid by Friday, then the defendant will need to appear in court on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 8:30 am.

We are pleased to announce the new eCertification services that provide users the ability to electronically request certified Court and Real Estate Records 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What is eCertification?

eCertification is a software used by the Clerk's office to generate tamper-proof and self-validated certified copies of Court Records and Real Estate Recordings. Customers can purchase electronically certified records from the convenience of their home, their smart phone, or anywhere they have internet access 24-7. Upon processing by the Clerk's office, customers receive them as secured PDFs via email or online at https://ecert.gsccca.org.

A trip will no longer be required to the Clerk's office to have a paper copy certified. The public can now access this new online service by visiting the Clerk's website.
