State Court of Grady County is scheduled for Monday, July 27, 2026 at 8:30AM.

Friendly reminder to pay your fine by Friday, July 24, 2026.

If you received a citation from the Grady County Sheriff’s office or the Georgia State Patrol and the court date listed on your citation is July 27, 2026, you will need to appear in court on July 27, 2026 at 8:30 am.

If it is a payable offense and you do not want to appear in court you will need to pay your fine by 5 pm on July 24, 2026. We accept cash, money order, and debit/credit card.

If you want to contest your citation or need an extension for time to pay, you will need to appear in court on July 27, 2026 at 8:30 am and speak to the Solicitor.

Court days are usually very long so please make plans to be here most of the day.

Please dress accordingly. Shorts are not proper attire for court!
