Chelsea Cline was presented the Pat Wolfe award today at the 2026 Ohio Secretary of State’s Annual Conference. The award recognizes Chelsea for going above and beyond to not only serve the Noble County community, but other Boards of Elections and their communities throughout the state. Chelsea’s knowledge, dedication, and willingness to help anyone and everyone in and out of Noble County has rightfully earned her this top award. The State of Ohio’s election process is looked at as one of the best in the United States because of people like Chelsea Cline. We proudly congratulate our Noble County Board of Elections Director for this well deserved honor!

This is my favorite election to run every year.

Last year I was clearly defeated by our sheriff in our campaign but this year I came back.

The kids vote on ballots first if either him or I should get pied in the face. Then by a show of hands they pick who.

Due to the county being under a Level 3 Snow Emergency, the Board of Elections will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026.

The safety of our staff and the public is our top priority. Please stay safe and avoid unnecessary travel.

Happy Halloween from the spice girls and their security guard!!

Come out and vote, our hours for this weekend are as follows:

Friday, October 31- 7:30 am to 7:30 pm
Saturday, November 1- 8 am to 4 pm
Sunday, November 2 - 1 pm to 5 pm

Sunday ends early voting. All polling locations will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4th from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm.

And extended hours next week!
Monday-7:30 am-7:30 pm
Tuesday- 7:30 am - 8:30 pm
Wednesday- Friday- 7:30 am - 7:30 pm
Saturday- 8 am-4 pm
Sunday 1 pm- 5 pm

Requests to have your ballot mailed need to be in by Tuesday at 8:30 pm!
